Patient Details
This 31 y/o patient desired breasts that were not only lifted, but also naturally fuller. Rather than choosing breast implants, she opted for breast fat grafting to restore volume using her own tissue.
As part of her body contouring procedure, Dr. Mihail Climov first performed liposuction to sculpt the flanks, back, and bra line. Instead of discarding the harvested fat, it was carefully purified and strategically transferred to the breasts to restore fullness and improve upper pole projection. A breast lift (mastopexy) was then performed to elevate and reshape the breasts, creating a more youthful position and contour.
This combination allowed the patient to achieve two goals in one operation: a slimmer, more sculpted silhouette and naturally fuller, lifted breasts—without breast implants.

Why Combine a Breast Lift with Fat Grafting?
A breast lift restores youthful breast position and shape, while breast fat grafting adds natural volume using fat that would otherwise be discarded during liposuction. For patients who desire modest breast enhancement without implants, this combination offers an elegant, natural-looking solution.
Benefits
Individual results may vary. Final results continue to improve as swelling resolves, scars mature, and the transferred fat stabilizes over the months following surgery.
