This 27-year-old patient wanted more than just fuller buttocks—she wanted a complete body transformation. After pregnancy and weight changes, she desired a rounder, more projected buttock, a slimmer waist, smoother skin, and a more feminine silhouette. One of her biggest concerns was the appearance of cellulite dimples, which she felt prevented her from fully enjoying the results of body contouring.
To achieve these goals, Dr. Mihail Climov performed a customized Mommy Makeover featuring his signature Smooth BBL™ technique.
The procedure began with 360° liposuction of the abdomen, waist, flanks, back, bra rolls, and arms to sculpt her entire torso and create a dramatically improved waist-to-hip ratio. Instead of discarding the harvested fat, it was carefully purified and used for ultrasound-guided gluteal fat grafting to naturally enhance the buttocks with improved projection, shape, and hip fullness.
What makes the Smooth BBL™ different from a traditional Brazilian Butt Lift is the addition of CelluLeaf® by ALIFORM.
Before fat was transferred to the buttocks, Dr. Climov carefully released the fibrous septal bands responsible for cellulite dimples using CelluLeaf®. These bands tether the skin downward, creating the uneven appearance commonly known as cellulite. By releasing selected tethering bands before fat grafting, he was able to improve the skin's surface while allowing the transferred fat to create smoother transitions and more natural contours.
